Carefully, You should read the terms and conditions from Global Medical Tourism Directory. By joining this directory you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this terms we won’t take it personally, but please do not use our directory.

1. Application of Terms of Services

• Your use of Global Medical Tourism Directory sites that post a link to these terms and conditions or any products or services offered on this site (collectively, the “services’ or “procedures”) is subject to these terms. We may modify these terms at any time without notice and posting revised terms and conditions on our site. You the user or entity constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms set out which include any modifications made.
•  All terms and conditons apply to ALL users who have created an account or listing on www.globalmedicaltourismdirectory.com known as (“Site”) operated by company name World Directory Services located in Australia 
• By creating a account, advertising on site or submitting any information on site you agree to all following terms and conditions
• All terms and conditions should be read in conjuction with out privacy policy 
• All content created and submitted by you the user is all subject to review from site admin and will be approved once admin agree no breach in terms 
•  

2. User Accounts & Packages 

•  All users must submit a listing in order to use our services, accounts can be created as a free or basic listing
• All passwords must be kept secure 
• You may upgrade your service package  and choose from our three listing packages available 
• The FREE or basic listing consists of the following: one listing, with maximum 2 images, free listing is available on site for three months from submission date, after the three months expire you will have the opportunity to either upgrade you listing or the listing will be removed from site, free listing will provide basic searches on site 
• If you do not wish to have your details listed on site you can remove your details from user dashboard or contact us directory at globalmedicaltourismdirectory@gmail.com site admin will remove your details as soon as possible
• The “Yearly” or “Premium” listing packages  known as (Paid Listing Packages”) provide you the user with extra service as set out in packages for a paid service fee
• All paid service fee are subject to a six or twelve month introductory site price offer, all “paid listing packages” will then be adjusted in accordance with our package price listings

3. Terms of User & Listing Packages 

•  All user accounts will continue unless terminated by either party in accordance with our termination policy or if user account has only signed up for free or basic listing which is then removed after a period of three (3) months  
• All paid listing packages will commence once full payment has been received by us and will continue for the length specified in package listing plan taken out. Upon expiry of package unless specified from you in writing your account will automatically renew at specified listing package with payment specified in package listing
• To terminate your account or listing please contact us via email at globalmedicaltourism@gmail.com prior to your account being renewed. 
• Either party may terminate listing at any time in accordance with our terminations policies below
• Global Medical Tourism Directory has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of our services, change or discontinue all or part of services, Refuse or remove any material submitted on site which is seen as a breach in site details. We have the right to deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account

4. Payment & Fees

• We spend most priority to help in our help center http://globalmedicaltourismdirectory.com/contact-us.  We cannot take any responsibility for damages caused by business’s
•  All fees or payments for paid listing packages are set out in accordance with package listing and can change at any time
• All fees for additional services such as banner listings or event listings will be specified at time of checkout, all fees or payments can change 
• Payment for all fees are made through Paypal, bank transfer or all other payment methods listed 
• All fees or payments are quoted in AUD unless otherwise stated and all settlements are made through your financial institution 

5. Cancellation & Refund

•  All paid packages or free listing can cancel there account within the seven (7) days of registering account during the trial period
• To cancel your paid package listing email must be sent prior to end of seven (7) days sign up of account. If notification is received within the seven (7) day period we will refund package listing payment made within thirty (30) days to your specified account 

6. Termination 

• We have the right to terminate any user account both free and paid package listings without notice and liability to make a refund to you in the following circumstances; You have breached any of our terms and conditions, privacy policy or code of conduct in a, you have been seen in our opinion to be transmitting spam or unsolicited communication

7. Third party products & services 

• this site has links to other third party sites to which have there own conditions, we have no control over any third party sites or content, you agree that we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of you using any third party site  or services. Any complaints, questions or claims related to any provider offering services should be made directly to the appropriate business or site.
• World directory Services or Global Medical Tourism Directory accepts no responsibility or liability for any medical procedures performed or undertaken and encourage all users of this site looking for such treatments to ensure they do their own research on procedures and treatment, clinics, hospital otherwise known as a provider
• Any loss, damage or complications as a result of procedures or treatment undertaken is to be made directly with the provider involved. We will not accept any liability for services provided 
  

  8. Your Conduct on our sites

  •  If any information is requested from us, you are required to provide all information which is true and accurate 
  • You the user is responsible of keeping all information up to date and accurate, you are responsible to ensure your password is kept secure and agree to notify us if there has been any breach in protecting your password safe or any unauthorized use of account and or security breach, we will not be held responsible or liable for failing to do

• • You agree not to copy, misuse any software for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to our site 
•  You agree not to use our sites for the following: to abuse, stalk, threaten, defame any legal rights of other users and or businesses listed. You agree you will not post any explicit, defamatory, obscene or indecent material or information or unlawful content. You agree not to transit any viruses or files that will damage any other persons computer our site or hardware. You will not post any illegal information or content 
• We will no be responsible for you failing to comply with these terms
• Unauthorised access to  our sites is a breach in our terms of services and a violation by law, you agree to only access you user dashboard as provided by global medical tourism directory by way of accessing your site 
• You may have your content removed from our site if you believe it has violated you property rights
